"Awesome doesn't even come close to describing Juana. She helped me go through a very difficult short sale. Difficult because the bank fought us every step of the way. They lost paperwork, demanded more than one assessment, started to foreclose even though we had several cash buyers who were will to pay over what the bank asked. Then, once everything got approved, the bank sold the loan and we had to start all over again. Add to the situation, I was in MN during the entire sale. Any questions I had, Juana immediately answered. When I kept getting notices the house was being foreclosed, she immediately checked into it (it never was foreclosed, I was just being threatened).
